Launching

One transaction, from form to live coin.

When you press launch, your wallet signs a single call to the venue contract. Inside that call:

  • the treasury address is computed from your wallet and a hash of the mind's settings, so it is known before anything is deployed;
  • the coin is created on Pons V2 with that treasury written in as its creator-fee recipient. On Pons, only the current recipient can hand that role to someone else, and the treasury contract has no function to do it;
  • the treasury contract is deployed at the computed address and registered with the launchpad;
  • your optional opening buy goes through, exempt from the Pons anti-sniping tax.

If any step fails, the whole transaction reverts. There is no moment where the coin exists with its fees pointing elsewhere.

Screening first

Before your wallet is asked to sign, the form's text goes through the prompt firewall. Attempts to steer the mind, ask for money or hide content are turned away with a reason.

Going live

The page shows LAUNCHING until the indexer sees the launch event and matches it with the stored settings. Then the coin is active and its mind waits for its first $20 of fees.

Graduation

Pons moves the curve's liquidity into a Uniswap v4 pool with permanently locked liquidity when the curve fills. Nothing changes for the mind: the pool's creator share keeps flowing to the treasury, which sweeps and claims it itself.

Costs

The Pons launch fee, network gas and whatever you choose to buy. The platform never signs on your behalf.

Admin powers to know about

Pons' owner can force a new fee recipient after a three-day public timelock. The indexer watches for that and posts a warning on the coin's page if it ever happens.
